This policy explains how Cintrius Holdings LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Cintrius," "we," or "us"), handles information through this registration website. Cintrius is currently in private development and is not generally available.

Information handled by this website

This registration website does not include account registration, contact forms, analytics, advertising trackers, or bank-connection functionality. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request.

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

Planned financial-data connectivity

Cintrius is preparing an optional connection that would allow an authorized business user to connect a financial account through Plaid. If released, the connection is intended to provide read-only account details, balances, and transaction information for cash review, matching, and reconciliation. It is not intended to initiate payments or automatically post bank activity into accounting records.

Before any such connection is enabled, Cintrius will provide appropriate notice and obtain required authorization or consent. Plaid's handling of information is also governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, investigate errors or abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use service providers, including cloud hosting, security, communications, and—when implemented—financial-data connectivity providers. We do not sell personal information collected through this registration website.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to secure our systems, or to meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
